What Is The Macujo (Growman) Method?
The Macujo Method is a hair cleaning procedure which opens the cuticle to clean or remove THC metabolites from the cortex which is protected by the cuticle.
This method consists of two parts and uses a total of four products:
- The first part (using the Heinz Vinegar and Clean & Clear pink) breaks down the cuticles through cracks or fissures. The two products also remove other barriers such as dirt and oils from the cuticle.
- The second part opens the cuticle and removes THC from the strand. You must use Old Style Aloe Toxin Rid Shampoo and Tide liquid laundry detergent.
Step by Step Instructions
The process is not complicated but it’s also not guaranteed to work. It needs to be done correctly to effectively remove any traces of THC from the hair.
The seven-step process must be repeated at least five times, three days before the follicle test.
Step One
Stop using marijuana or other drugs before you start the method. It may be difficult. However, you need to stay clean during this process for it to work.
Steps two to six is the process of how to wash your hair. If you want to pass the drug test you need to get the right product and ensure you follow these steps properly.
Step Two
Simply wet your hair with warm water. It must be damp but not soaking wet. Having damp hair allows you to work the solutions in between your strands.
Step Three
Pour Heinz vinegar over your head and massage it into your hair all the way down to your scalp. Ensure you massage your whole scalp with the Heinz Vinegar.
Step Four
Apply the Clean and Clear Pink to your hands first then massage it into your hair. The salicylic acid may burn your scalp. Cover your faces, eyes and ears to avoid irritation.
Step Five
Leave both solutions in your hair for approximately half an hour. Wrap your head in a towel or shower cap so your hair isn’t in the way while you handle other activities.
Step Six
Wash the first two solutions out with any Aloe Rid Shampoo. Keep rinsing until all solutions have washed out.
Step Seven
The last step requires you to wash the second time only using Tide liquid laundry detergent. The detergent is strong. Avoid any contact with your eyes.
This must be stressed again: You need to repeat more than once to effectively remove the drugs from your follicles.
Does It Work?

This method does work if it’s done in advance and properly. Be warned that as a result your scalp will be red and burn for a while.

Will It Work for All Types of Drugs?
